Returns

We want you to love everything from the Kinni Collection. If you do not, here is how returns work. None of this affects your legal rights.

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email hello@kinnireformerpilates.com with your name and what you would like to return. You do not need to give a reason.

• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving them, or of you showing us proof that you sent them, to the card you paid with.
• The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
• You can try things on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn beyond that, for example grip socks used in a class, we may reduce the refund to reflect it.

Faulty or not as described

If something is faulty or not what we described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it, and we pay the return postage. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Email us with a photo and we will sort it out.

Where to send returns

Email us first and we will reply with the returns address and anything you need to include.

We recommend a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund arrives. See also delivery.
