Kinni Reformer Pilates is responsible for the information collected through this website. We keep things simple, and the site itself is built to hold as little about you as possible.

What this site stores

There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no visitor analytics on this site. There are no accounts to create, and we do not build a profile of you.

If you add something to your bag, that bag is saved in your own browser so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Who handles information for us

Rather than store your details ourselves, we rely on a small number of established services. Each one only receives what it needs:

• Vercel hosts the website and processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep it running and secure.
• ImprovMX forwards email sent to our address on to our inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail).
• Stripe handles payment if you buy from the Kinni Collection. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us.
• Class bookings are handled by our booking provider, which holds your booking details so we can run your session.

Some of these providers operate outside the UK. Where that happens, they are required to protect your information to UK standards.

If you get in touch

When you email or message us, we use your details to reply and for nothing else. We keep the conversation for as long as it is useful and then delete it. We never sell or share your information.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kinnireformerpilates.com and we will sort it out.

If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
