Delivery

Every Kinni Collection order is packed by hand and sent with Royal Mail. We deliver to the UK only for now.

What it costs

• UK delivery is £3.50.
• Delivery is free on orders over £40.00.

The delivery charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. There are no other charges.

When it arrives

We send orders within 2 working days, and they usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. You will get an email from Stripe confirming your payment as soon as you order.

If something goes wrong

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it has not arrived within ten working days, or it arrives damaged, email hello@kinnireformerpilates.com and we will put it right.
